Coulee Auto Sales – FAQ’s
Our inventory is acquired through vehicle trade ins, private purchases, and auction purchases. While some vehicles are obtained locally, we prioritize searching for vehicles in states below the salt line.
Prior to acquiring the vehicle, our acquisition team completes a detailed pre-buying process, including a thorough vehicle record check and an onsite inspection and test drive. They must pass both steps of the process to be considered for purchase.
Once acquired, all our vehicles go through a 165-point inspection by our certified technicians.
We include a 30-day / 1,000-mile 50/50 warranty with most of our vehicles (we may sell a vehicle as-is with no expressed warranty, however this is extremely rare).
We also offer a selection of comprehensive extended service agreements.
We partner with 13 local and federal lending institutions offering very competitive rates based on an individual’s eligibility.
Our pricing software sweeps the internet continuously, 24/7, providing us with the current market value of each individual vehicle.
We offer a detailed Experian Auto Check history report of each vehicle.
Our acquisition team is searching for and buying vehicles every week. We process multiple “specific or hard to find” vehicle requests for our customers each month.
We have a certified service facility, a state-of-the-art detail center, and a rust protection division. Each of these services are available to the public as well as our existing customers.
